About Wichita Falls Plumber Finder

A short, honest page about who we are, how this works and how it is paid for. If you want the process rather than the principles, the how it works page covers that.

Get Connected With a Plumber

Takes about 30 seconds

By submitting this form you agree that we and a licensed plumber serving your area may contact you by phone, text or email about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

What This Is

A Referral Service, Not a Plumbing Company

This site exists to connect people in Wichita Falls and the surrounding towns with licensed Texas plumbers. That is the whole of it. We do not carry out plumbing work, we do not employ plumbers, and nobody from this website is coming to your house.

We say that on the home page, in the footer and here, because plenty of sites in this line of work leave it deliberately vague. You should know whether you are talking to a contractor or a middleman before you pick up the phone.

What we can genuinely offer is two things. First, routing your request to someone licensed who covers your area and does that specific kind of work, which is less obvious than it sounds when the difference between a Faith Village drain and an Archer County aerobic septic system is involved. Second, a set of pages that tell you what actually goes wrong in this region and what to check before hiring anyone, including the things a contractor has no incentive to tell you.

See How It Works

The Short Version

We connect, we do not repair

Licensed Texas plumbers do the work, quote the price and hold the warranty.

Free to you

No charge and no obligation. Plumbing companies pay to receive enquiries, which is how it is funded.

Licensed only

We only refer plumbers holding a current Texas licence, and we tell you to verify it yourself anyway.

No invented credentials

You will not find fabricated reviews, star ratings or years in business on this site. If something is not verifiable, it is not here.

How We Write These Pages

Why There Are No Star Ratings on This Site

You may have noticed the absence of testimonials, review counts and "serving the community since" claims. That is deliberate.

No fabricated reviews

Invented testimonials with a first name and last initial are common in this industry and they are worthless. We would rather show nothing than show something made up.

No borrowed credentials

We are not a plumbing contractor, so we do not display a plumbing licence number as though we held one. The plumber you hire has one, and you should check it.

No invented history

Claims about decades of service are easy to type and impossible to verify. You will not find one here.

Local detail that is checkable

Hard water, slab foundations, clay soil movement, the housing eras in each town. All of it verifiable, none of it invented for effect.

Advice that sometimes costs us

Several pages tell you to wait until morning, try a free test first, or that a problem is not urgent. That is the honest answer even when it means no call.

Plain about the money

Plumbing companies pay to receive enquiries. That is how this is funded, you are not charged, and we would rather you know than wonder.

What We Will Not Do

The Limits, Stated Up Front

  • We will not tell you a job is urgent when it is not. A dripping tap can wait for a normal appointment and an after hours rate on it helps nobody but the person charging it.
  • We will not guarantee a contractor's work. We can tell you what to check before hiring. Nobody can guarantee an outcome on someone else's behalf, and anyone claiming otherwise is overpromising.
  • We will not sell your request to five companies. A week of competing calls is not help when your ceiling is wet.
  • We will not pretend to cover everywhere. Coverage runs out at some distance. If nobody covers your address we would rather say so than leave you waiting.
  • We will not handle your gas emergency. A smell of gas is a utility call, not a plumbing one. Leave the building and call your gas utility first.

Something wrong on this site?

If you find something inaccurate on any of these pages, tell us. Local detail changes and we would rather correct it than leave it wrong.

Contacted by more than one plumber?

That is not how this is meant to work. Let us know, because it is worth knowing.

Nobody got back to you?

Tell us. And if it is a genuine emergency, do not wait on us. Shut the water off and call around directly.
