The short version: we connect you with a licensed plumber, we do not perform plumbing work, and the arrangement for the work itself is between you and them.

Wichita Falls Plumber Finder operates plumberswichitafalls.com. We are a referral service. We take your request and pass it to a licensed Texas plumbing contractor who covers your area, so that they can contact you about it.
We are not a licensed plumbing contractor. We do not perform plumbing work, we do not employ plumbers, and we do not supervise the work that any plumber carries out.
Any work you go ahead with is a contract between you and the plumbing contractor, not with us. That includes the price, the scope, the schedule, the workmanship and any warranty. We are not a party to it and we do not take payment for plumbing work.
Before authorising work we recommend you verify the contractor's licence with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, get an itemised quote in writing, and confirm that any required permit will be pulled.
We select contractors on the basis that they hold a current Texas licence and cover your area, but we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness or outcome of any work. We also cannot guarantee that a contractor will be available for every request, or that anyone covers every address.
Using this service is free to you and puts you under no obligation to hire anyone. Plumbing contractors pay to receive enquiries, which is how the service is funded. Any charge for the visit or the work itself is set by the contractor and agreed directly with you.
By submitting a request you agree that we and a licensed plumber serving your area may contact you by phone, text message or email about that request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing info@plumberswichitafalls.com.
The guidance on this site is general information about plumbing in North Texas. It is not a diagnosis of your specific problem and it is not a substitute for a licensed plumber inspecting it. Do not rely on it for anything involving gas, and never attempt work that requires a licence.
If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility's emergency line from outside. That is a utility matter before it is a plumbing one.
Do not submit requests that are false, that are not yours to make, or that are intended to disrupt the service. Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this site and the referral service is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for consumers using this service is nothing. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any plumbing contractor, or for loss or damage arising from work carried out by them.
Where this site links to external organisations such as the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, we do so for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Questions about these terms: info@plumberswichitafalls.com
These terms describe how this service actually operates, written plainly rather than as boilerplate. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you are operating this site commercially, have them reviewed against current Texas and federal requirements, including TCPA rules on contacting people by phone and text, before relying on them.
