This page explains what we collect when you send a request, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Wichita Falls Plumber Finder operates plumberswichitafalls.com. We are a referral service that connects people in Wichita Falls and the surrounding North Texas towns with licensed Texas plumbers. We are not a plumbing contractor and we do not carry out plumbing work.
When you send a request through the form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, your phone number, the type of plumbing problem you select, and your zip code. If you contact us by email, we collect your email address and whatever you choose to write.
When you call the phone number shown on this site, your call may be recorded and your phone number captured for the purpose of routing and quality monitoring.
Like most websites, standard technical information may also be collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the site that referred you.
To do the one thing this site exists for: pass your request to a licensed plumber who covers your area and handles that type of work, so that they can contact you about it. We also use aggregate technical information to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working.
Your request is passed to a licensed plumbing contractor, or to a network that routes it to one, so that they can respond to you. Once your details reach that plumber, their own privacy practices apply to how they handle them, and we do not control that.
We may also share information with service providers who help operate the site and its call routing, and with anyone we are legally required to share it with.
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
By submitting a request you agree that we and a licensed plumber serving your area may contact you by phone, text message or email about that request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, or email us at info@plumberswichitafalls.com and ask to be removed.
This site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning and to measure how it is used. Your browser settings allow you to refuse or delete cookies, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
We keep request information for as long as needed to route it, to respond to any follow up, and to meet any legal or record keeping obligation. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@plumberswichitafalls.com and tell us what you are asking for. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honour those where they apply.
Note that once your details have been passed to a plumber, you will need to contact that plumber directly about anything they hold.
This site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be made clear rather than buried.
